Alliance Technical Group, LLC (“Alliance”) completed its 10th add-on acquisition with the purchase of the air testing and monitoring division of O’Brien & Gere, a division of Ramboll (“Ramboll Air Testing and Monitoring”). Ramboll Air Testing and Monitoring provides source emission testing (stack testing) and ambient air monitoring services to customers throughout the Northeastern and Midwestern United States.
Acquiring Ramboll Air Testing and Monitoring is an important next step for Alliance, which is actively investing in growth to build a national, best-in-class air emission testing, monitoring, and laboratory analysis platform. Strategically, Ramboll Air Testing and Monitoring significantly strengthens Alliance’s presence in the New York and Pennsylvania markets to promptly respond to complex, challenging source testing projects. In addition, the partnership increases the breadth of ambient air monitoring services that Alliance can provide to its customers.
